Rental Policies Dogs are welcome under 30 pounds. Ocean Village Realty requires a $500.00 refundable deposit for all reservations made. This deposit is due upon arrival and will be refunded 15 days after inspection of the unit when you depart. Any damages to the unit will result in the loss of the $500.00 deposit. Guest are also responsible for any damages exceeding $500.00. To be paid by check or cash only, upon your arrival. OR you have the option to purchase property damage waiver. The waiver insures the guest for up to $1000.00 worth of damage. The guest will be responsible for any and all damage exceeding the $1000.00. The property damage waiver can be purchased for $43.60 which includes tax. Choose either option. All cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non refundable. Cancellations made 30 or more will receive deposit less $25.00 handling fee. All rates subject to change without notice unless confirmed by reservation.

| There are beach chairs, pails and shovels for the beach goers. This rental is also puppy friendly, a nice quiet end unit on the 3rd floor with elevator. The private beach access is just minutes down a lovely courtyard. And on the back balcony you have the best sunsets in Florida with the palms and a glimpse of the ocean. |
